John Bondi is a 5-foot-10, 145-pound 2B/SS from Franklin Regional HS who showed very well at the Western PA Top Prospect Showcase in August. He ran a 7.41 60-yard dash, threw 71 mph across the infield and had a bat exit velocity of 71 mph. Bondi showed soft hands and solid range defensively. Offensively he has a solid round of batting practice consistently barreling the baseball to all fields.

Bondi, who is rannked No. 37 in the Class of 2015, had a standout freshman season in 2012 for the Panthers. He hit .314, scored 11 runs and had an on base percentage of .375.
