Terry Godfrey is a 5-foot-8, 155-pound LHP/OF from Eastern York HS. He commanded the strike zone and changed speeds well at the PA Underclass Games in September. Godfrey got the Red Team rolling in Game One by limiting the Black Team to one unearned run over four innings. The lefty touched 81mph with good control of a 68mph curveball that has 11/5 break. Godfrey allowed just one hit while striking out four in his four innings of work.
The junior is coming off a 3-3 campaign for the Golden Knights. Godfrey finished with a 4.38 era in 38.1 innings of work. He is the No. 54 ranked player in the Class of 2014.
