Class of 2019

Tyler KehoeOF Tyler Kehoe showed why he is the first prospect in this class statewide to announce a college commitment (Louisville). The 5-foot-10, 165-pound left-handed hitter has present power in a frame that has plenty of room to fill out. Kehoe is athletic in all his actions and repeatedly barreled baseballs with authority to the pull side during an impressive round of batting practice.

Others that stood out:

+ 3B/OF Matt Headley (Bonner-Prendergast)
+ OF/2B Cameron Hubbard (Easton Area)
+ OF Austin Bradbury (Cedar Cliff)
+ C Jared Payne (Red Land)

Class of 2020

A pair of current eighth graders served notice that they will be prospects to watch over the coming years. Corner infielder Brock Piper (Big Spring) already looks the part of a varsity athlete at 6-foot-2, 190-pounds. The physical right-handed hitter flashed promise offensively and capable defensive actions. Mark Black (Serra Catholic), a 5-foot-7, 145-pound C/OF, also impressed with a solid all-around skill set that will only continue to improve with time and physical maturity.
