Indiana Insider: A Glance at 2016 Recruits Heading to Out of State D1 Programs

The NCAA's early signing period was from November 11-18.  Earlier this week we broke down each of Indiana's division 1 programs and what in-state players are headed where. Today we take a look at the recruits heading to out of state division one programs.

Overview: The Kenutcky Wildcats inked two of Indiana's top 2016 prospects in 2nd ranked T.J. Collett and 3rd ranked Zack Thompson.  Collett, a 6-foot-1, 215 pound catcher from Terre Haute North, is one of the top left-handed hitters in the country with an easy swing that produces raw power to all fields.  Thompson, a 6-foot-2, 190 pound southpaw is a projectable arm with a fastball reported up to 95 this spring, sitting in the low 90's.  Both are potential drafts come next June's MLB first year player draft.
