With the winter season behind us and high school baseball just around the corner, we turn our attention to the latest updates for Ohio’s Class of 2016 rankings. During the course of the winter, we traveled all across the state evaluating players from around the great state of Ohio.
Below we take a look at "What's New At The Top", "The Risers", as well as "The Newcomers".

What's New At The Top
The three biggest moves in the Top 20 were right-hander Alex Decker (Kettering Fairmont, pictured right), Greg Dunham (South Range) , and Vinny Lucente (Ursuline).
