New England Insider: 2017 Western Connecticut Pitcher Analysis - Sneak Peek

  • Leo Socci, RHP, Westhill, 2019- A right-handed pitcher, arm is clean, works out of a high-¾ slot, fastball was 83-84 mph with more in there, gets on the catcher quick. The breaking ball is legit, clocked at 75 mph, it's late, with more 12/6 downward break.
