Top 2017 Uncommitted Left-Handed Pitchers

Ian Seymour, LHP, St Johns Shrewsbury, 2017
Scouting Report:
Good showing for this promising left-handed as he garner attention all over the country. The fastball sat 84-86 with life and sink. The breaking ball is still a bit wide and 67-69 with the right shape to it. The changeup has the makings of a quality pitch in the upper-70s. The changeup spin is correct and with time could be a quality pitch. The arm works cleanly at a ¾ slot and has quickness to it.
