THE ARMS
Josh Newkirk, RHP, Piketon HS, 2020
Scouting Report: Possess a big, 6-foot-1, 220-pound frame. Physical kid for his age. Throws through a high-¾ slot with short arm action. Regular effort to his delivery. Fastball sat in the high-70s. Complemented his fastball with a 65-68 mph breaking ball that showed late movement across the zone. Also mixed in a 68-69 mph changeup thrown with good hand speed.
