We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2017 Northern Ohio Preseason Preview. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2017-2019 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

The Arms
  • This was our first time laying eyes on 2018 RHP Phillip Romeo. The 6-foot-3, 205-pound righty has the ideal frame and size. He uses a big leg kick with quick tempo on the mound. He sat at 83-85 mph with occasional cut on his fastball. His arm action is quick and out of a high ¾ slot. His off-speed pitches need consistency. His breaking ball shows potential at times with 11/5 action at 67-68 mph.
  • Evan Lacey’s progress is impressive.
