We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2017 Scout Day: Cincinnati Riverbats. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2018-2021 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.

In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

The Arms

Adam Dearinger, RHP/1B, Northwest, 2018
Scouting Report: 6-foot-2, 190 pounds with a solid, tall frame. On the mound, he works the zone with a solid three-pitch mix. Max effort type delivery while using short arm action through a ¾ slot. Throws a heavy 83-85 mph fastball on a downhill plane that attacks the zone. Also mixes in a breaking ball and changeup that can record plenty of outs. The 69-70 mph curveball delivers sharp, late breaking movement on a 10/4 plane. His changeup features late sink and looks exactly like the fastball out his hand; sits 79-80 mph.
