With the Fall signing period behind us, JD Heilmann, the director of scouting for PBR Ohio, breaks down the top recruiting classes based on in-state prospects.

First up will be a two-part series, as we examine the recruiting hauls of Ohio’s Division I programs.

Beyond the surface, we drill down deeper into immediate impact players, sleepers in the class, and other behind the scenes information that went into a player choosing their college program.

Over the next two weeks, we will also breakdown the in-state recruiting hauls for Division II, III, NAIA, and JUCO programs that signed players from within the Buckeye state.
