Ontario Players at PBR Michigan Events
This past weekend saw PBR Ontario kick off with its first annual event in Toronto. Over 70 prospects attended the Showcase with the hopes of putting themselves on the map for college recruiters across the nation.
A few players were unable to make the trip to Toronto for geographical regions, instead taking their talents up to Michigan where scouting director Brent Alwine had the pleasure of seeing some talented prospects from Ontario.
We take a look at the players who attended the Michigan Unsigned Senior event as well the Underclass Showcase.
Three players from Ontario participated in the Unsigned Senior event and were able to make themselves known. RHP Mat Szabo (Northern HS, pictured right) shared the position of top fastball velocity of the day at 88 mph.
