With the Summer season coming to an end and the 2015-2016 high school sports season as well as fall ball getting underway, we would like to take a look at some of the top uncommitted prospects at each position.
Today we are gonna take a look at the top uncommitted underclass sleepers in the Province. This is comprised of prospects ranked in the lower half of the rankings or unranked. We will look to create a few top uncommitted lists each week, as you can see by our 2016 Rankings that there are numerous talented prospects available.

Top Uncommitted Underclass Sleepers
Cameron Deasy, RHP, 2017
Scouting Report: Big frame and strong lower half at 6-foot-2, 200-pounds. Arm works and looks to have a lot more in him. Good downward plane and shows feel for off-speed. Pounded the strike zone in both bullpens we’ve seen and looks to have some athleticism in his body as he can repeat his delivery. Look forward to seeing how Deasy comes out in the spring of 2016.
