The PBR Virginia/DC uncommitted player spotlights looks at players still available in all classes. Now in November, we continue our focus on the uncommitted talent available in the 2017 class. There is still plenty of talent available in the state of Virginia available to help a program. Here is the latest addition to the uncommitted player spotlights.

SCOUTING REPORT

6.21.16:  Evans is 5-10 with an athletic frame. He hits from the right side with an open stance. Smooth load back and a short stride. Decent lower half with good balance and a good approach. Short, fluid swing, line drive hitter with a gap to gap approach. Exit velocity of 78. Ran a 7.40 60. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action and some accuracy, position velocity was 70. Average hands and a clean exchange.
