The Future Prospect Showcase is an event for seventh and eighth grade prospects to learn the ins and outs of the recruiting process and showcase format. On top of the educational value of the event the talent unveiled at the event was impressive to say the least.

Most notably was the pitching. Six pitchers topped the 75 mph mark which is well above average for that age level. We also had six players top the 80 mph mark on exit velocity from the tee, another impressive number.
