Milwaukee Preseason I.D.: Infield Analysis

Today we continue analysis from the Milwaukee Preseason ID Showcase with the top infielders from the event. 2018 3B Alex Binelas stood out, leading the event in three categories. Binelas is currently ranked No. 2 in the Wisconsin Class of 2018 and is committed to Louisville. Binelas showed big improvements across the board and will receive a lot of draft interest this coming summer.

Top Infield Prospects

1. Alex Binelas, 3B, Oak Creek, 2018
Louisville commit. Currently ranked No. 2 in the WI Class of 2018. 6-foot-2, 200-pound left-handed hitting third baseman. Physical advanced frame with plus strength. Was the events top performer in three categories,  vastly improved his 60 yard dash time running a 6.69, 103 mph exit velocity, and 89 mph arm across the infield. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride. Explosive lower half and bat speed. Pull, power hitter.  Defensively has a long arm action from a high ¾ slot. Accurate throws across the infield showing carry. Plays thru the ball with athletic actions and soft hands. Solidified himself as one of the top left-handed bats in the Midwest for the 2018 MLB Draft.

2. Xavier Watson, SS, South Milwaukee, 2019
Illinois commit. 6-foot, 180-pound shortstop, athletically built frame with projection, added strength to his frame this offseason. Bat looked strong and improved, consistent hard contact to pull side. Hits out of a balanced setup, quiet, short lift, excellent balance. Path is short and level, backspins the baseball, line drive type hitter. Fast bat with quick athletic hands, 90 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively is a plus defender, hands are soft and confident, quick hands get rid of the baseball efficiently and athletically on the move. Controls body well and shows above average range to both sides.  Arm showed carry at 82 mph across, short over the top slot. 7.18 runner in the 60.

3. Paul Toetz, 3B/RHP, Greendale, 2019
Indiana recruit. 5-foot-11, 180-pound two way player, athletically strong frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, smooth loading hands back, excellent balance. Fast bat, good approach, on time hitter, strong pull side contact. 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Advanced infield defender, soft hands, cushions the baseball, exchange is quick and clean, plays through the baseball athletically. Arm action is short, over the top slot, accurate across at 83 mph, carried well. On the mound works on line and down the hill. Quick high ¾ arm slot. Fastball tops at 81 mph, sat 79-81 mph. Curveball showed depth, gradual 12/6 with feel, 62-66 mph. Has feel for changeup, 67-69 mph, sinking action.

4. Dan Blomgren, SS, Janesville Craig, 2019
Michigan recruit. 5-foot-11, 170-pound shortstop, athletic shape. Defensively moves well and plays easy, shows soft hands, plays through the baseball, clean exchange, natural shortstop actions. Arm is athletic and can release on the move, over the top slot, carries with plus arm strength for his age, 85 mph across the diamond. 7.06 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride. Loose athletic hands, bat speed present, gap to gap singles type hitter. 83 mph exit velocity from the tee.

5. Ryen Ryba, SS, Homestead, 2018
6-foot-1, 165-pound left-handed hitting shortstop with an athletic frame. At the plate hits from a balanced, open setup with a short stride and good balance. Line drive, gap to gap hitter with a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 88 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.10. Defensively has a loose arm action from a high 3.4 slot. Soft hands with a clean exchange. Throws showed carry across the infield at 80 mph.

6. Colton Coca, INF, Case, 2020
6-foot-3, 175-pound infielder, athletic projectable frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced athletic setup, short lift, excellent balance through contact, quiet pre pitch. Simple approach, easy, looks confident in the box, gap to gap type approach with bat speed. 79 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.69 runner in he 60. Third base profile, smooth actions, plays easy and through the baseball, soft hands cushions the baseball. Arm action is short and loose, high ¾ slot, carried at 81 mph across the diamond. High follow 2020 prospect.

7. Eric Erato, SS, Sussex Hamilton, 2020
Projectable frame, lanky with wide shoulders, 5-foot-8, 150-pound left-handed hitting two-way player, projects best as a position player. Balanced setup, short stride, excellent balance through contact. Repeats well with loose hands, simple approach to the middle of the field, line drive gap to gap type hitter. 80 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed actions and body control, hands play, exchange is quick and clean, plays through the baseball, stays tall some. Arm action is loose, over the top slot, accurate across with carry, 77 mph. 7.25 runner in the 60. Arm action is short, high ¾ slot. Fastball topped at 80 mph, 77-79 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape, showed depth, has feel of the strikezone, 66-68 mph. Changeup flashed cut, 68-71 mph.

8. Luke Howard, SS, Martin Luther, 2018
6-foot, 185-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a leg kick stride with good balance. Pull, power approach at the plate with a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.35. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Projects for a corner infield spot. Threw 74 mph across the infield.

9. Keegan Torklilson, OF/RHP, New Berlin West, 2019
5-foot-11, 160-pound two-way player, athletic frame. Defensively showed athletic actions on the infield, plays confidently with bounce, hands and feet work well together. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, 78 mph across the diamond. 7.31 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride. Path stays on top, short to the baseball occasional pull contact. Fast bat, 93 mph exit velocity from the tee. On the mound delivery works on line with regular effort, short, quick, high ¾ slot. Fastball flashed arm side run, 78-80 mph. Curveball thrown aggressively on 12/6 plane, 65-70 mph. Changeup thrown with fastball arm speed, showed sink and occasionally pulls, 69-72 mph.  

10. Jack Jarecki, SS, Marquette University, 2018
6-foot-2, 190-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a leg kick stride and good balance. Gap to gap hitter with an uphill swing path and fluid rhythm. Showed strength thru contact with 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.02. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Threw 84 mph across the infield.

Nick Aide, 2B, Franklin, 2020
5-foot-8, 130-pound middle infielder. Plays with above average actions for his age, fields out in front and plays through the baseball, hands work. Arm action is long, accurate across, 74 mph across. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, average balance. Worked the middle of the field, path is short, level through contact, 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.54 runner in the 60.

Justin Baker, 3B, Waukesha West, 2018
6-foot-2, 2140-pound right-handed hitting third baseman. At the plate hits from a tall, open setup with average balance. Pull hitter with an uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 8.05. Defensively has a short ,stiff arm action from an over the top slot. Threw 78 mph across the infield.

Mitch Borkovec, 1B/LHP, Muskego, 2019
5-foot-10, 185-pound left-handed hitting two-way player. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, loads hands back. Opposite field contact with occasional gap to gap. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is short from a high ¾ slot, 71 mph across the diamond. 7.76 runner in the 60. ARm works similarly on the mound. Fastball sat 68-69 mph, topped at 70 mph. Curveball has 1/7 shape, 61-62 mph. Changeup is 64-67 mph.

Zachary Brewer, 1B, Hartford Union, 2020
5-foot-11, 155-pound first baseman, wiry thin build. Right-handed hitter, tall setup, slightly open, loads hands back, short toe tap, average balance. Defensively path has length, uphill plane, got occasional line drive contact. 74 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm played at 66 mph across the diamond, over the top slot. Showed feel around the bag, average hands, footwork plays. 7.50 runner in the 60.

Jackson Brown, RHP/3B, Oconomowoc, 2018
6-foot-3, 185-pound right-handed hitting RHP/3B. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall delivery with easy effort. Works in line with home plate with a square landing and smooth rhythm. Fastball has running action at 84-86 mph for strikes. . Curveball has 11-5 shape with soft action at 67-70 mph. Maintains fastball arm speed on changeup with fading action at 70-73 mph for strikes. At the plate hits from an open setup with a toe tap stride and good balance. Line drive hitter with a slightly uphill siwng path. Showed strength thru contact with 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.60. Defensively has a loose arm action from a high 3.4 slot. Accurate throws with carry across the infield throwing 85 mph. Plays thru the ball with athletic actions and average hands.

Marcus Cline, SS/OF/RHP, Fall Creek, 2019
5-foot-10, 135-pound left-handed hitting utility player. Offensively hits from a spread out, slightly open setup. Short leg lift stride with average balance. Line drive hitter works the middle of the field with fluid rhythm and looseness in the hands. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.23. Defensively has a loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. Plays thru the ball with fluid footwork. Threw 81 mph across the infield. Also took drills in the outfield throwing 83 mph. On the mound works from a ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall delivery with some effort. Fastball has slight sinking action at 72-74 topping out at 76 mph. Curveball has 10-4 shape with depth at 61-64 mph from a slightly lower slot. Changeup has cutting action at 67-69 mph.

Thomas Coffey, RHP/3B, Bradford, 2019
6-foot-2, 168-pound two-way player, lean slender build. On the mound works from a tall and fall delivery, directional and on line, firm arm action from an over the top slot. Fastball sat 72-74 mph, mostly 74 mph. Curveball played at 62-65 mph, backup action, flashed 11/5 plane. Changeup sat 67-69 mph. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short tap stride. Short path, late opposite field contact. 69 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm played at 76 mph across the diamond. 7.50 runner in the 60.

Jacob Devorkin, 1B, Nicolet, 2020
5-foot-10, 180-pound first baseman, stocky type build. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, solid balance. Shows bat speed, short path, uphill through contact, occasional pull tendency, bat strength. 88 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed feel around the bag, hands play. Arm action is short and over the top, 73 mph across. 7.39 runner in the 60.

Nathan Ebersole, MIF/RHP, Whitefish Bay, 2019
5-foot-6, 140-pound two-way player, projects best as a middle infielder. Defensively hands show softness, can play through the baseball with body control. Moves and plays well to both sides, soft backhand. Arm action is short and over the top, 78 mph across, athletic arm action plays well on the move. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, smooth load, quiet, long stride some. Loose hands, line drive middle of the field hitter, short path with bat speed. 78 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.41 runner in the 60.

Mitchell Froehlich, SS, Eau Claire Memorial, 2018
5-foot-11, 165-pound left-handed hitting shortstop. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a leg kick stride and average balance. Pull hitter with an uphill swing path. 81 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.64. Defensively has a loose arm action from a ¾ slot. Threw 74 mph across the infield.

Joe Georger, 1B, Appleton West, 2019
6-foot-3, 205-pound left-handed hitting first baseman, extra large build with strength. Balanced setup, loads hands slightly down and back with short stride. Uphill path, pull side approach. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm played at 74 mph across the diamond, long high ¾ slot. 8.04 runner in the 60.

Cooper Griffiths, 1B/RHP, Westosha Central, 2020
5-foot-11, 170-pound two-way player. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride. Path plays uphill, made spray contact. 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.99 runner in the 60. Defensively arm plays from a ¾ slot, 70 mph across the infield. Arm plays similarly on the mound. Fastball had arm side run, 71-73 mph. Curveball has gradual 11/5 shape, 54-56 mph. Changeup sat 56-57 mph.

Daniel Hahn, SS, Cudahy, 2018
5-foot-6, 136-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. Offensively hits from an open setup with a short stride and good balance. Line drive hitter with a short, level swing path, handles the bat well. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.27. Defensively has a short, loose arm action from an over the top slot. Plays thru the ball with soft hands. Threw 80 mph across the infield.

Erik Hanschke, RHP/3B, West Bend West, 2018
6-foot-2, 163-pound right-handed hitting RHP/3B. On the mound works from a ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Rotational, tall and fall delivery with a square landing. Fastball sat 77-79 mph. Throws a curveball and slider, blends as same pitch. Both have sweeping action and same velo, curveball sat 68-70 mph, slider sat 69 mph. Hits from an open stance with a short stride and average balance. Uphill swing path. 72 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.51. Defensively has a short arm action from a ¾ slot. Threw 71 mph across the infield.

Wyatt Hennessy, MIF, Mukwonago, 2019
5-foot-7, 150-pound left-handed hitting middle infielder. Defensively fields the baseball out in front, shows the ability to play through it. 7.78 runner in the 60. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, occasional glove pat to release, 72 mph across the diamond. Offensively hits from a narrow open stance, hands drop into load, average balance. Aggressive swing on a long uphill plane, 78 mph exit velocity from the tee.

Dalton Heffel, 1B, Racine Lutheran, 2018
6-foot-3, 200-pound right-handed hitting first baseman with a projectable frame. Offensively hits from a wide base with a leg lift stride, closing off. Uphill path with a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.67. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Threw 77 mph across the infield.

Max Herro, 3B/RHP, Kettle Moraine, 2018
6-foot-2, 170-pound right-handed hitting 3B/RHP. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a short, quick leg lift stride and average balance. Gap to gap hitter with a short swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.25. Defensively has a loose arm action from a ¾ slot. Threw 84 mph across the infield. On the mound works from an over the top arm angle with a three piece arm action, long stab on the backside. Tall and fall, slow paced delivery working in line with home plate. Fastball sat 71-73 topping out at 76 mph. Slider has 10-4 shape at 65-68 mph. Changeup sat 62-64 mph.

Adam Hill, INF, Wauwatosa East, 2019
5-foot-8, 165-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, two-piece load, short stride, good balance. Quiet pre pitch, level path, 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed some body control with clean exchanges. Arm action is short and over the top, 77 mph arm across the diamond. 7.45 runner in the 60.

Alex Jamroziak, INF/RHP, Muskego, 2021
5-foot-11, 170-pound two-way player. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, slightly taller, loads hands back, short stride. Flashed line drive gap to gap type approach. 77 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.70 runner in the 60. Defensively arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, 70 mph across infield. Plays through on the infield, average hands. On the mound arm is loose, separates down, high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 72-73 mph, touched 74 mph, flashed sink. Curveball played 12/6, 60-63 mph. Changeup occasionally fades at 67-69 mph.

Eric Juarez, INF, Tremper, 2019
5-foot-10, 160-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, stride has some length, average balance. Path is level, some length, 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is firm from a high ¾ slot. 70 mph across. 7.90 runner in the 60.

George Klassen, INF/RHP, Port Washington, 2020
5-foot-10, 140-pound two-way player, wiry projectable frame, broad shoulders can carry plenty of additional strength. On the mound arm is long and loose with upside, high ¾ slot. Mixes moth four and two seam fastballs, similar actions, two-seam is 80-81 mph, four-seam is 81-83 mph. Changeup is mostly straight, 75-76 mph. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short tight loading action, short stride, average balance. Showed bat speed, slight pull side approach, hands stay tight and inside the baseball. 77 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays long and loose across the diamond, 84 mph across. Hands play and shows athleticism. 7.49 runner in the 60.

Daniel Knudson, INF, Menomonee Falls, 2019
5-foot-10, 162-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance, reverse tap stride. Path is level, 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays from a high ¾ slot, 77 mph across the diamond, gets deep. 7.39 runner in the 60.

Logan Landers, 1B/RHP, Living Word Lutheran, 2021
6-foot-5, 185-pound right-handed two-way player, frame is large and long. Offensively hits from an open stance, short stride, solid balance, uses lower half. Path is level, shows bat speed for age, gap to gap contact. 92 mph exit velocity from the tee. At first base showed natural actions around the bag, clean hands. Arm action is short and loose, 76 mph across. On the mound works from over the top slot. Fastball played with tilt, mostly straight and downhill, 73-75 mph, touched 76 mph. Changeup is firm, sinks, ranged 67-72 mph.

Derek Lee, 2B, Waunakee, 2018
5-foot-9, 162-pound right-handed hitting second baseman. At the plate hits from an open setup with a short stride and good balance. Gap to gap hitter with a level path and fluid rhythm. Showed strength thru contact with 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.50. Defensively has a long arm action from a high ¾ slot. Accurate throws with carry throwing 80 mph across the infield.

Calvin Leeland, 3B, Martin Luther, 2018
5-foot-9, 175-pound right-handed hitting third baseman with a strong frame. At the plate hits from an open setup with a long, even stride. Short, uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 83 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.35. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Plays thru the ball with average hands. Threw 77 mph across the infield.

Riley LeTourneau, RHP/1B, Brookfield East, 2019
Advanced frame, 6-foot-3, 210-pound two-way player, strong build. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride slight dive, good balance. Simple strong approach, fast bat, level path, gap to gap type approach. 93 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively showed easy actions and feel around the bag, showed athleticism and plays through the baseball. Arm action is long, high ¾ slot, carried at 84 mph across the diamond. On the mound is a big framed RHP with arm strength, works tall and fall down the hill, long arm action, over the top slot. Fastball has tilt, mostly straight with occasional sink, showed feel for the zone, sat 83 mph. Curveball has 12/6 shape, rolling action at 67-69 mph. Changeup flashed sink, 69-74 mph.

Arthur Liebau, INF/RHP, Homestead, 2020
6-foot-1, 180-pound two-way player. Right-handed hitter, open stance, short stride. Path is short to the baseball, stays on top, level through contact. 84 mph exity velocity from the tee. 7.40 runner. Defensively profiles as a third base type, playable hands for age. Arm action is long, high ¾ slot, showed arm strength at 78 mph across the diamond. On the mound arm is similar, more over the top slot. Fastball topped at 81 mph, sat 78-80 mph, mostly straight, four seam type. Curveball has 12/6 shape, 64-66 mph. Changeup played at 69-72 mph.

TJ Manteufel, INF, Union Grove, 2020
6-foot, 155-pound infielder, wiry frame, projects. Defensively uses two-hands out in front to funnel the baseball, showed body control. Arm plays over the top, can play athletically when necessary, 70 mph across the diamond. 7.12 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup, short stride, quiet. Middle of the field approach, line drive type contact. 79 mph exit velocity from the tee.

Logan Mantz, INF, Slinger, 2019
5-foot-11, 185-pound infielder. Right-handed hitter, open stance, short stride back to square, solid balance. Level path, line drive hitter, occasionally favors pull side. Bat speed present, 86 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is long and loose, ¾ slot, 75 mph across the diamond. Average hands, glove pat to release. 7.49 runner in the 60.

Hunter Martindale, 1B/RHP, Beloit Turner, 2017
6-foot-2, 240-pound right-handed hitting 1B/RHP. At the plate hits from an open setup with a leg kick stride and average balance. Pull, power approach at the plate with an uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 93 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 8.46. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Threw 79 mph across the infield. On the mound works from an over the top arm slot with a long arm action. Tall and fall online delivery with a square landing. Fastball sat 78-82 mph. Curveball has 11-5 shape at 68-71 mph. Changeup has fading action at 72-73 mph.

John May, SS, Kewaskum, 2018
6-foot, 163-pound left-handed hitting shortstop. At the plate hits from a balanced, crouched setup with a leg kick stride and average balance. Pull hitter with a short, uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.01. Defensively has a stiff arm action from a high ¾ slot. Quick footwork, threw 80 mph across the infield.

Ryan Mazza, 3B, Brookfield East, 2019
5-foot-10, 177-pound third baseman, physical build, above average strength for age. 7.09 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, leg lift stride, average balance. Has bat strength, path has some length, works uphill at times, occasional pull side approach. 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively projects as a third base type defender, can play through the baseball. Arm plays from a high ¾ slot, longer action, 75 mph across the diamond.

6-foot, 180-pound infielder, wiry loose frame, athletic. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride. Athletic hitter, path is level, gets through the baseball, loose hands creates bat speed. 89 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is loose, over the top slot, flashed carry, 82 mph across. Plays through the baseball athletically, clean exchange, fluid feet with playable hands. 7.76 runner in the 60.

Jake Orthober, MIF, Marquette University, 2020
5-foot-8, 132-pound middle infielder, thin wiry frame. Right-handed hitter, open stance, short stride back to even. Path has length, 74 mph exit velocity from the tee. 8.29 runner in the 60. Arm action is long high ¾ slot, 68 mph across the diamond.

6-foot, 175-pound right-handed hitting third baseman. At the plate he hits from a balanced setup with a short leg lift load and average balance. 74 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.60. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top slot. Accurate throws across the infield at 71 mph.

Harrison Phillips, 3B, Brookfield Central, 2018
6-foot-1, 180-pound  right-handed hitting third baseman. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and fair balance. Pull hitter with an uphill swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.32. Defensively has a long arm action from an over the top slot. Threw 75 mph across the infield.

Line drive hitter, path is short and level, stays on top of the baseball. 81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays athletically from a high ¾ slot, can release from multiple angles. Actions showed the ability to play through the baseball. 7.63 runner in the 60.

Ben Randow, 2B, South Milwaukee, 2017
5-foot-11, 145-pound right-handed hitting second baseman. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and good balance. Early rhythm with an uphill swing path. 79 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.31. Defensively has a long arm action from a ¾ slot. Threw 69 mph across the infield.

Charlie, Ravanelli, INF, Homestead, 2019
6-foot, 150-pound lanky frame. Right-handed hitter, even setup, short stride. Hands are loose, uphill path, 71 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is short and over the top, some effort, 67 mph across the diamond. Corner infield profile. 8.01 runner in the 60.

5-foot-9, 145-pound right-handed hitting two-way player. Defensively showed above average actions for his age, works out in front, cushions the baseball, plays through the baseball. Arm action is athletic, loose from a high ¾ slot, 74 mph across. Balanced setup, slightly wider stance, loads hands back. Path works well, short to the baseball, level through contact, stays on top of the baseball. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.34 runner in the 60. On the mound arm works similarly to that on the infield. Fastball showed arm side run, 74-76 mph, touched 77 mph. Changeup sinks, showed control, 58-64 mph. Showed a sinker at 56-58 mph, occasionally acted like curveball.

5-foot-6, 140-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. Hits from a wide base with a two piece load and fair balance. Long, level swing path. 79 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.37. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Threw 71 mph across the infield.

5-foot-9, 140-pound infielder, wiry frame with projection. Defensive actions play well, confident hands, plays well on the move, hands showed softness and plays through the baseball. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, 78 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short lifted stride, average balance. Path is level, flat through the zone, line drive contact. 77 mph exit velocity from the tee.

Miller Wallace, RHP/INF, Oconomowoc, 2019
5-foot-10, 183-pound two-way player, strong build. Right-handed hitter, wide setup, short stride, average balance.Path is flat, level with length, pull side tendency with occasional pop. 91 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is long, over the top slot, 79 mph across the diamond. Corner infield type defender, 7.98 runner in the 60. On the mound arm action is long and firm, regular effort. Fastball has sinking action, topped at 80 mph, sat 74-77 mph. Curveball has gradual 12/6 action, 57-59 mph. Changeup has sinking action, 69-72 mph.

6-foot, 180-pound two-way player. Projects best on the mound, arm played short and over the top, regular effort. Fastball is mostly straight, showed ability to control, 75-78 mph. Curveball has 12/6 shape, 65-68 mph. Changeup flashed fading action, 65-68 mph. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride with slight leg lift. 81 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is short, over the top slot, arm played at 72 mph across the diamond. Corner infield type defender. 7.45 runner in the 60.
