One of the top prospects at the Illinois Preseason All-State Showcase last year, Rolain stood out with a physically advanced frame. His arm plays well in the outfield and he is an offensive threat. A strong bat path and present bat speed gives him power to the middle of the field and he works with a good approach. His lower half is explosive and he maintains good balance.
