This week it’s time to update Wisconsin’s 2019 rankings. The top of the charts feature the same top three prospects we’ve seen for the last couple updates. SS Xavier Watson (South Milwaukee), C Nathan Stevens (Waunakee) and OF Eli Kramer (Hortonville) all hold on to their respective slots in the top three. All three of which are also top 125 players in the overall rankings.

With a position player heavy top of the rankings it was only a matter of time before some arms started to infiltrate the top ten.

Last update, RHP Jack Washburn (Webster) cracked it at No. 9 and moved up three spots to No. 6 as he continues to show steady improvements with a high ceiling. Washburn worked at 85-86 mph, touching 87 at the Madison Preseason ID last month.

LHP Connor Prielipp (Tomah) joined Washburn as the only two arms in the top ten. At No. 7, the 6-foot, 155-pound Prielipp showed us an easy fastball that sits 85-86 mph with a hard secondary stuff including an 80-82 mph curveball and a 79-80 mph changeup. Prielipp is the biggest revelation to the top ten jumping from No. 23 to No. 7.
