Ethan Turner is a 5-foot-10, 155-pound 2B/3B from Hampshire HS. The right-handed hitter put together solid numbers as a junior in 2013. Turner hit .339 on the season with a .474 on base percentage. He also scored 20 runs and drove in 13 more in helping Hampshire reach the West Virginia Class AAA regional finals. Turner displayed good foot speed as well, swiping 12 bases without being caught.

Turner will be showcasing his abilities on July 16 at the West Virginia Open ID Showcase on the campus of Alderson-Broaddus University. The event will be the first Prep Baseball Report showcase ever hosted in West Virginia.
