6-foot-2, 200-pound shortstop, strong build, shows good athleticism. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride, good weight transfer and lower body drive through the ball. Flashed quick twitch in swing, above average bat speed, line drive approach with some extension, worked both gaps, pull power. 88 MPH exit velocity from the tee. Defensively displayed soft hands, feet work quickly and athletically, played through the baseball showing body control. Arm action is short, high ¾ slot, 82 MPH across the diamond.
No. 31 2015, 6-foot-3, 210 pounds SS/RHP out of Brighton High School. Reynolds is a big athletic presence at the plate and in the field. Ranges well for size at SS. Has gap to gap power showing good bat speed at the plate with power potential. In 2014 Reynolds helped lead the Bulldogs to a 9-0 Eastern Metro League Championship, and led the team in homeruns (4) RBI's (28), Doubles (7), and Triples (2). Reynolds is only the second player out of the Brighton Baseball program to make it to the Division 1 level.
