5-foot-11, 165-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Ran a 4.35 down the line on his dig to first base as he moves well. In the outfield, threw 76 mph with accuracy and a solid approach to the ball. Showed solid routes and ability to get off the ball in the game. At the plate, tee exit velocity of 80 mph, as the frame needs additional strength added to it. Starts his swing with his feet wide, uses a toe-tap for a timing mechanism. The bat path is out and around to contact. Better direction to start the swing will shorten down the path and make hitting easier for him. Singled in the game in his first at bat.

5-foot-11, 160-pound, average athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitter, who can really handle the bat and makes consistent solid contact. The stance is simple, it's even and balanced, hands are at shoulder height and are in a good loaded position. For timing uses a small toe tap and the lower half is under control. The swing path is down to level to up. The hands stay inside the ball well, keeps the barrel in the zone and looks to go gap to gap. In game performance was one of the better ones on the day, collected 4 hits, including a drag bunt to third base. Times down the line were 4.4, plays the game faster than that, tee exit velocity was 81 mph. Defensively, plays the outfield, arm was clocked at 72 mph. The arm action is a little longer with a small jab at the bottom of the circle. The ball comes out of a ¾ slot. The feet need to get cleaned up a little, more of a shuffle, could step through harder. On the mound, repeats his delivery, hands go over head, direction is inline and gets squared up on release. The fastball was 68-70 mph. The arm has a longer path, has a jab at the bottom and hooks it a little on the back side. The change up was 57-60 mph. Will need to get lower half involved to increase velocity. Projects more for me as a corner outfielder who can handle the bat.
