4/5/16 - South Carolina recruit. 6-foot-2, 180 pound lefty with a lean athletic projectable body with a good frame. Loose easy working arm at a ¾ arm slot. Big take away in back. Takes ball out past hip. Lands in line. Ball jumps out of his hand. Has some deception. Fast ball has late life at 83-85 mph. Slider is a short tight cutter at 77-78 mph. Change has late life at 72-74 mph and throws it with good arm speed. Occasionally drops arm slot. Throws strikes and changes speeds. Keeps hitters off balance. Competes well. Will throw harder with added strength.

6/23/15 - Uncommitted rising junior. 6-foot-2, 166 pound lefty with a loose athletic projectable body with. A very good athlete who also looked good at 1B with a pretty left handed swing. Loose easy working arm at a high ¾ slot. Big arm circle in back with good rhythm. Takes it back in line and lands in line to home. Occasionally pulls off line and ball gets away from him. Needs to keep head on target to stay in line consistently. Fast ball has deception at 84-85 mph with tailing action. The fast ball comes out of his shirt when he stays in line. The curve ball is a bit inconsistent but occasionally has ¾ as well as a downward rotation at 70-71 mph. Drops slot to throw the change up but has good arm speed with same tailing action as fast ball at 78-79 mph. Stuff is good when he stays in line and through everything, finishing out front.
