03/11/17 - St Leo commit. He recorded three RBIs on the night, hitting an opposite field double and homerun to left. He also caught a runner stealing on a perfectly executed pitch out, in game pop was 1.95. The catcher keeps getting better as his body matures. His flexibility, arm strength and hands all work very well behind the plate, now it seems that the bat is catching up to the defense.

11/08/16- Committed to St. Leo University.
8/27/16- The broad-shouldered 6-foot-1, 175 pound catcher looks like there is a lot of room to continue to fill out and get stronger. Being one of the more projectable guys, he also showed multiple present tools. Defensively, he was consistently sub 2.0 with his pop times with his best being a 1.95. He shows a strong arm and can continue to shave time as he improves his footwork and transfer. Offensively, the right-handed hitter shows quick hands through the zone with a level, line drive path. When he utilized his lower half he showed some gap-to-gap power with much more to come. The hand-eye coordination is very good and his hands worked well, producing two singles and a double in the game. The kid seems to be an extremely hard worker with some present tools and projection, which all makes him very interesting at the next level.
12/12/15- 6-foot-1, 175 pound catcher with a tall lean loose athletic projectable young body. Solid receiver behind the plate with good catch and throw skills. Good body control. Light on his feet. Good footwork. Attacks target with his right instep. Head stays on target. Ball jumps out of his hand. Shows good arm strength with accuracy. Average ML arm that will improve with physical maturity. Continues to improve. At the plate he has a good base, gets a good separation for his load, and gets a leg kick for his stride. He has a nice, loose bat path and hits consistent line drives. He stays inside the ball well and drives the ball to all fields. Will be a Division 1 catcher. Threw 78 mph from behind the plate with a pop time of 1.97. Exit bat speed velocity of 91 mph.
9/19/15 - 6-foot, 168 pound catcher with a lean loose projectable body. Solid receiver behind the plate with a good set up and some softness in his hands. Good catch and throw guy who is mechanically sound. Strong accurate throws to second base with good carry on his throws. Close to ML average. Release will improve with foot quickness. Shows a loose quick bat with an aggressive approach and a good bat path. Barrel stays in zone. More present pull power but can also drive ball in the gaps. Doubles type power right now. Is a grinder/ bulldog type kid that will continue to improve with physical maturity and strength.
