8/6/17- 6-foot-1, 190-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. #8 ranked player in state; South Dakota State commit. Bulldog mentality on mound. Slight tuck and turn, stronger lower half, up and over delivery, with quick clean arm action. Fastball was 86-89 mph, touching 90 mph, with flashes of late life. Throws power 12/6 curveball with tight rotation and above avg. depth. Changeup is thrown with good arm speed creating late down action for strikes. Shows 2-way ability on field. 4.45 home-to-first time. Open stance, body load, clean swing plane, uses whole field, solid contact, flashes of pop in bat, 91 mph exit velocity. Quick twitch actions, above avg. blocker, plays with energy, soft hands with ability to hold pitches in zone,  works slightly around plate with feet, clean exchanges, slight hitch in release, solid carry and accuracy to bag, 76 mph arm strength with 1.99-2.08 pop times.
3/5/17- 6-foot-1, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. Currently #9 ranked player in IA 2018 class. Improved velocity since Future Games in August. Has tempo to delivery, arm is clean and quick out front, works fastball on steep downhill plane. Fastball was 86-88 mph for strikes in bottom of zone. Breaking ball has good velocity, is one of better in state, with high spin rate and sharp late 11/5 break. Consistently in bottom of zone with above avg. changeup, slightly firm, but thrown at fastball arm speed with good deception and fade.

2016 Future Games- 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. Avg. build with stronger lower half. Repeats mechanics well. Strike thrower, stays compact in delivery, clean short arm action, with solid extension and finish to plate. Breaking ball is separator with above avg. shape and depth; potential to be strike out pitch; thrown at 69-71 mph. Fastball showed varying run and sink, worked to both sides of plate, at 82-84 mph- touching 85 mph. Changeup was 72-73 mph.
8/1/16- 6-foot, 185-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. Avg. build with stronger lower half. Repeats mechanics well. Strike thrower, stays compact in delivery, clean short arm action, with solid extension and finish to plate. Breaking ball is separator with above avg. shape and depth; potential to be strike out pitch; thrown at 70-72 mph. Fastball showed varying run and sink, worked to both sides of plate, at 82-84 mph- touching 85 mph. Changeup was 72-73 mph. 7.6 runner. Early hand load, controlled double tap trigger, on time consistently, mid/pull approach, clean line drive swing plane, pulls off of contact keeping 2 hands on bat. 85 mph exit velocity. Clean exchange with quick release, above avg. accuracy to bag, stands up to throw, decent footwork and direction, 72 mph arm with 2.07-2.1 pop times. Good blocking skills with above avg. lateral movement, high glove setup occasionally, needs work on low pitch, active behind plate controlling game.
