3/5/17- 6-foot-4, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. Currently #23 ranked player in IA 2018 class. Projectable frame on mound, clean arm action out front, leaks out of balance point occasionally, works downhill through zone well with fastball. Fastball was 83-85 mph flashing life. Good shape and spin on breaking ball; avg. depth on break. Flashes heavy action on changeup working bottom of zone.
8/1/16- 6-foot-3, 185-pound right-handed pitcher. Tall lean frame with long legs. Clean repeatable mechanics, longer arm action, inconsistent glove side mechanics. Solid hand speed out front. Showed spotty fastball command early; was more efficient and command zone better in second inning. Fastball was 80-84 mph with slight cut action. Slider, thrown at 68-72 mph, is better breaking ball presently with solid shape and depth. Changeup is firm and flat at 75-76 mph.
8/4/15- 6-foot-3, 175-pound right-handed pitcher. Projectable body on mound. Good rhythm and tempo. Clean arm action. Lands far across body in delivery. Fastball is mostly straight at 77-80 mph with occasional cutting action. 12/6 breaking ball with early break. Also flashed couple sliders with avg. break and 10/4 shape. Changeup was 70-72 mph and thrown with flat action.
