4.20.18 - St. Louis commit, currently ranked No. 74 in Illinois’ Class of 2018. 6-foot-1, 195-pound, strong, athletic build. Defensively, traditional catcher’s arm action, short, over-the-top slot, soft hands, strong receiver, quick footwork, moves athletically. Offensively, quick hands, present bat speed, repeated hard contact. Went 1-for-3 with a single, robbed of another base hit on a line drive the pitcher knocked down. 

6/11/15 - 5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic catcher. Offensively hits from a balanced and athletic setup, smooth load, short stride, and decent lower half. Showed quick bat speed, level and extension path, gap-to-gap type hitter, fluid rhythm. Has solid approach, aggressive, and hits line drives up the middle. Exit velocity off the tee was 84 mph. Defensively showed a short and loose arm action from high ¾ slot. Soft hands, fluid footwork, quick exchange, and athletic. Pop times ranged from 2.19-2.26. Threw 71 across the infield and 69 from behind the plate. Ran 8.03 60.

2/22/15- 5-foot-10, 160-pound, right-handed hitting C/OF with an athletic build. Behind the plate has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Raises out of crouch early to receive throws. Popped 2.19-2.37 and threw 68 mph from the crouch. In the outfield has a loose arm action with a quick exchange. Threw 71 mph from the outfield. At the plate has a loose, athletic swing. Tall balanced setup with hands close to the body. Short stride with good balance and a fast bat. Confident approach, gap to gap hitter who looks to pull occasionally. Uphill swing path with good extension and fluid rhythm. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Home to first at 4.88. Will continue to improve with maturity.
