11.1.15 - Solid build 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitting infielder and pitcher. Ran a 4.23 home-to-first. Offensively, strength in swing, flashed bat speed and registered an exit velocity of 89 mph. Pre-pitch rhythm, balanced setup, short stride and uphill bat path through the hitting zone. Defensively, long arm action from an over-the-top slot on the infield. Throws flashed some carry and clocked at 80 mph across the diamond. On the mound, works out of a high ¾ window, short, quick arm action and some rhythm in delivery. Fastball, flashed arm-side-run and sat 80-82 mph, touching 83. Curveball worked 11/5, short, tight break, 67 mph. Changeup, sink and fade and sat 69-72 mph.
7.15.15 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound strong two-way player. Impressed with his speed running a 6.89 60 yard dash. Offensively, hits from right side with balanced and athletic setup, bar load, short stride, and average balance. Showed some quick bat speed, good approach, long uphill path, and opposite field approach. Exit velocity, 85 mph. Defensively, has short arm action from high ¾, with some accuracy, and average strength. Threw 78 mph across infield. On the mound throws from high ¾, average arm speed, loose arm action, some effort, and square landing. Fastball was 79-80 mph and touched 81 with some sink, curveball was 65-67 mph with 11/5 shape and gradual action, changeup sat 70-72 mph with cut.
6/12/14 - 5-foot-10, 155-pound two-way player impressed more on the mound than in the infield. Threw 79-80 mph from a long high ¾ arm action with some stiffness. Threw 65-68 mph sweeping breaking ball and a 68-71 mph changeup with cutter-like action. Ran a 7.25 60-yard dash and recoiled at times after contact when hitting producing exit velocity up to 84 mph.
