6.19.13 - Trueb is a 6-foot, 192-pound right-handed pitcher. Has a tall balance point and throws with some effort from a ¾ slot.  howed some command for his fastball which sat 79-81 mph with run; some command for his curveball with tight spin with 11/5 break at 65-67 mph; changeup has some cut sitting 74-75 mph.

The 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed pitcher Trueb comes from a ¾ arm slot and showed the ability to throw three pitches. His fastball was 75-77 mph, topping at 78 mph, and at times has arm side run. He also showed feel for his off speed pitches with fastball arm action. His breaking ball had 12-to-6 shape (62-64 mph) and change up was down in the zone with some depth at 68-69 mph). Trueb has strong legs, and with some more use of them, could see a spike in velocity and more movement on his pitchers.
