2.15.15 - 6-foot, 170-pound lanky left-handed pitcher works form a long, ¾ to low ¾ arm slot, leans over at balance point, creating lower slot, has the ability to throw from multiple angles, lands slightly closed at foot strike, spins off on heel. Fastball sat 77-79 mph with arm side run, 66-69 mph curveball flashed 1/7 shape, had better control of 70-73 mph slider with 2/8 shape, thrown consistently for strikes. Also throws a sinking 67-69 mph changeup. Rosley has some feel of four pitches, and has impressed in the past in game play, added strength to his lanky frame could get his fastball in the low-to-mid 80’s, and added power to his pitchability will make him a prospect to follow over the next couple years.
