Ferrell has all the tools to become a high-level prospect. The two-way talent is a plus athlete and possesses significant arm strength from the outfield and on the mound (has been up to 90 mph). A four-year varsity starter, Ferrell was invited to USA Baseball’s Tournament of Stars and Breakthrough Series over the summer. As a junior, Ferrell tallied 20 RBI, 4 doubles, 5 triples and 2 home runs. Ferrell, who has extremely quick hands at the plate, should be on the follow list for pro scouts in the spring.
