A two-sport standout, the athletic junior established himself as one of the premier prospects in the class after he belted 9 home runs and 28 RBI. He finished with a .396 batting average, 42 runs, 42 hits, 12 stolen bases and played a stellar defensive outfield. Earned second-team All-State honors as a junior.

Enjoyed a breakout sophomore campaign: .459 BA, 7 homers, 9 doubles, 29 RBI ... The athletic 6-foot-1, 185-pounder showed well in the outfield, as he moves with fluidity and rhythm. He also had a solid arm (80 mph). Getzelman showed off his athleticism in the 60 by running a 7.0. At the plate, he has an athletic setup and quick hands, in addition to a level, mechanically solid swing. Getzelman also showcased projectable power potential.
