10.21.14 - 6-foot, 185-pound strong left-handed hitting catcher hits from a balanced setup, hands move back and drop to load, minimal stride, above average bat speed, long path, mostly pull with 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively, threw 71 mph from the crouch from short, over-the-top arm slot, quick release, hands were soft receiving during pens, pop times ranged from 2.12-2.22. Ran a 7.87 60. On the mound showed confident approach pitching. Posted pop times at 2.11-2.18 down to second. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, slightly open stance, shorter stride. Bat path is flat, line drive approach, occasionally works the opposite field. 84 mph exit velocity from the tee. 8.75 runner in the 60.
