10.21.14 - 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed pitcher works from a long, loose, high ¾ arm slot, length in back of arm swing, slightly wraps wrist, some rhythm to delivery, toe down at balance point, lands square with lower half stride direction stays in line with home plate. Head pulls off towards first base at times, causing high and arm side misses. Fastball sat 78-80 mph. 61-68 mph slider flashed 11/5 shape when he stayed behind it, looks more like a curveball shape and velocity wise. 71-74 mph changeup flashed arm side run action.

10/7/12 - Yang is a 5-foot-8, 140-pound two-way player. Yang throws from a high ¾ arm action sitting at 75 mph with slight action in the zone. His curveball showed 11/5 tilt at 57 mph also showcasing a change up at 66-67 mph which he was able to throw for strikes with some arm side run. Yang also ran a 7.60 60.

8/8/12  Yang is a 5-foot-8, 140-pound right-handed pitcher who showed the ability to throw three pitches for strikes.  Yang throws from a high 3/4 slot and his best pitch is his 64-66 mph changeup that displayed some run. His fastball was in the 74-76 mph range and also threw a 57-59 mph curveball.
