Ash is a wide-shouldered 6-foot-2, 185-pound right-hander who showed advanced feel and command of three pitches. Ash operates from a from a high-3/4 slot with a clean, repeatable arm action. Ash's fastball topped at 84 mph while displaying good rhythm and tempo. His curveball demonstrated tight spin and good depth, and his changeup, which looks to be his best pitch had good arm-side sink. Ash keeps all three pitches down in the zone, all for strikes. Physical right-hander with excellent feel for 3 pitches. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Ash has polished mechanics with clean arm action. Ash possesses the ability to throw three pitches for strikes at the bottom of the zone. His fastball touched 81 with late arm side life. Ash has and advanced feel for pitching and could see a velocity spike as he physically matures. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Ash stands tall, throwing downhill with advanced feel. Ash consistently throws three pitches for strikes, commanding the ball to the to both sides of the plate. His best pitch is a late-biting curve that has the potential to be a plus out-pitch in the future. Ash's fastball touched 83, and with his size and fluidity, he should see his velocity jump in the coming years. The strong 6-foot-2, 185-pound right-hander showcased advanced feel and command of three pitches. His fastball topped at 81 mph with arm side run. Ash's 12-6 breaking ball flashed sharp break and good depth while locating it down in the zone. His changeup, which had late fade, also showed to be a go-to pitch. Ash is a 6-foot-3, 190-pound right-handed pitcher who commands three pitches for strikes. Coming from a high ¾ arm slot, he showed run on his fastball that sat in the 82-84 mph range. His curveball is a good pitch, as it has 11/5 shape with sharp action in the 68-71 mph range. Ash also filled up the zone with a changeup that demonstrated some fade down in the zone.
