5.27.16 - Northern Illinois commit. Currently ranked No. 54 in the Illinois Class of 2017. 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed pitcher with a lanky, high-waisted frame. Works from an over the top arm angle with a short, quick arm action. Tall and fall delivery with some effort, and a slightly closed landing. Fastball sat 87-89 mph in the first inning. Curveball was noticeably better at 72-74 mph with 12-6 shape, showed good hand speed on it. Changeup sat 78 mph with downer action. Lost some sharpness and velocity after 45 minute rain delay. Worked 84-86 mph with his fastball after the delay.

1.31.16 - Northern Illinois commit. Currently ranked No. 49 in the Illinois class of 2017. Works from an over the top arm angle with a long, quick arm action. Tall and fall delivery, working in line with home plate. Square landing with smooth rhythm and regular effort. High front side at balance point. Had the best fastball at the event sitting 84-86 topping out at 87 mph. Showed feel for his curveball that has 12-6 shape with gradual action at 64-67 mph for strikes. Changeup sat 66-67 mph.
11.9.15 - Verbally committed to Northern Illinois University.
9.5.15 - long and lean right-handed pitcher. Came in out of the pen and threw five innings allowing only one run. Really good overall feel for pitching. Everything he threw was around the zone and rarely caught too much of the plate. Slow paced delivery with rhythm. High front-side and creates tilt at times on his fastball. Fastball sat 80-83 mph, touching 84 a few times. Mixed in his off-speed offerings at any time and any count. Feel for a 12/6 curveball, sat 65-77 mph. Also, featured a change-up with slightly slower than fastball arm speed, ranging between 63-66 mph.
9/30/14 - Highly projectable frame, 6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed pitcher, thin build with long limbs, shows athleticism. Tall and fall style delivery, some effort, works online, shoulders closed, high front side, good direction, squared landing with balanced athletic finish. From the stretch uses an efficient slide step, knee to knee, good load and go. Arm action is loose, high ¾ slot, quick arm action. Fastball worked downhill, sat 80-82 mph, touched 83 mph. Threw two breaking balls, curveball and slider, curveball projects to be a better pitch with more feel for what it’s doing. Curveball pitched at 69-70 mph, 12/6 action, flashed tight spin with late break, potential swing and miss pitch, arm action and delivery bodes well for a good over the top curveball. Slider has backup action, 73-76 mph, tends to get around it. Changeup has feel, near fastball arm speed, flashed sinking action at 70-71 mph. High follow 2017 prospect.
