7/23/13 - 5-foot-10, 165-pound catcher and third-baseman went 4-8 (one double) with hard contact through two Top Prospect Games. Showed gap power to his pull side during batting practice, hitting with bat speed, a level bat path, and balance throughout (78 mph exit off the tee). Defensively registered pop-times between 2.0-2.1 – threw 74 mph from the crouch and 78 mph across the diamond with some carry. Price also ran a 4.5 home-to-first. Price found himself all the place in his two days at the Top Prospect Games, filling in at multiple positions as well as his primary Price made plays and came to bat in key situations. His solid skill set should play well at the next level.

1/20/13 - 5-foot-10, 160-pound catcher. Pop times ranged 2.11-2.25, long arm action, quick feet, advanced defensive setup, blocks well. Offensively hits out of balanced setup, flat bat path, easy swing, moderate bat speed, lacks explosiveness.

11/3/12 - Price is a 5-foot-10, 160-pound catcher. Price showed solid arm strength for his age at 73 mph from the crouch. He recorded pop times of 2.31-2.40. Offensively, Price hit from a balanced setup using a short stride and demonstrating a flat bat path. Price also showed solid foot speed, running a 7.22 60.
