10.11.15 - Lanky, athletic frame at 6-foot, 165-pounds with room to fill. 6.67 runner in the 60. Offensively hits from an open stance with a high hand set. Rhythm heavy swing with loose hands creating whip with the barrel. Line drive gap to gap hitter with good balance and a fast bat. Showed strength thru contact with 83 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Throws flashed carry. Athletic actions with fluid footwork and soft hands.

2.15.15 - 5-foot-10, 155-pound multi-positional player, long lean frame. 6.69 runner, well above average in the 60. In the outfield arm played at 81 mph, smooth defender, shuffled through the baseball, good outfield actions. At third base showed soft hands, moved well, arm action is athletic, 75 mph across the diamond. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, athletic leg lift stride. Hands worked well, especially on balls inside, loose hands, good hitter, line drive approach. 75 mph exit velocity from the tee.

10.19.14 - 5-foot-11, 150-pound lanky and athletic right-handed hitting outfielder impressed running a 6.91 60. Hits from an open setup, short stride, hands load back smoothly, quick hands, short, level bat path with line drive, pull tendencies producing 82 mph exit velocity. Threw 82 mph from the outfield from long, high ¾ arm slot with a stab in the back of arm swing. Displayed soft hands fielding the baseball, fluid footwork, and clean athletic actions playing through the baseball.

6.12.13 - Byrd is a 5-foot-8, 130-pound outfielder and right-handed pitcher.  Showed athleticism running a 7.13 60 and defensively  threw 70 mph with accuracy from the outfield.  Hits from a tall, open setup with a long stride and relaxed hands.  Displayed above average bat speed but top hand needs work.  Recorded a 72 mph exit speed.  On the mound, Byrd delivers with long, loose arm action coming from a ¾ arm angle.  Fastball sits 70-71 mph, curve at 55-56 mph, changeup at 63-64 mph.
