11.1.15 - Strong, sturdy build at 6-foot, 215-pounds. Right-handed hitting catcher. Defensively has a short arm action from an over the top arm slot. Tall receiver in drills. Slower exchange with a quick release. Quick, athletic footwork behind the plate. Popped 2.10-2.19 and threw 72 mph from the crouch. Showed flexibility in the lower half receiving in pens. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a short stride and average balance. Short swing path with stiff rhythm. 82 mph exit velocity from a tee. Home to first at 4.28.
5.12.15 - 5-foot-11, 200-pound catcher with a thick lower half. 2.3-2.5 pop time which should improve as he matures physically. Simple approach at the dish and sticks to it. Wide, balanced batting stance, and keeps knees inside the feet well. Creates bat speed and maintains angle of barrel during load. Bat speed and hand strength were on display as his two hits were arguably the hardest hit in the game. Very little head movement, allowed ball to travel in the zone. Showed advanced approach, hitting a high and outside fastball to the right-center gap. Recognized pitches well. Defensively, showed a clean transfer and solid shoulder/feet replacement. Hands maintained strength while receiving, earned some borderline calls with effective frames on both sides of the plate. Overall technique and feel for the position are present. Interesting prospect with potential to develop a high-end hit tool.

8/17/14 - 5-foot-11, 198-pound catcher, solid build with strength, sturdy catchers frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, short stride approach. Showed the ability to impact the baseball, bat speed present, line drive gap to gap approach, 88 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays at 68 mph out of the crouch, pop times posted at 2.35-2.43. Runs the 60 at 7.40.
