1/27/13:  5-foot-8, 150 pound 2B/OF that is 75 across the diamond and from the outfield.  He throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with some accuracy.  His mechanics need to continue to improve in the IF as he tends to be a little stiff, and plays on his heels at times.  At the plate he shows a good approach, with a short path to the baseball.  He gets to extension well, producing good barrel whip.  Overall at the plate he shows solid mechanics.  Runs a 7.24 60.

Taylor is a 5-foot-7, 140 MIF.  Across the diamond he is 74 mph.  At the plate he hits from the left side with a wide base and slightly uphill swing plane.  He stays balanced and shows the ability to pull the ball.  On the mound his fastball is 75-78 mph.  He throws two off speed pitches; a breaking ball at 65-68 and a change up at 69-71.
