6/20/17 East Coast Pro Showcase: 6-foot-1, 220-pound athletic, stronger looking frame. The University of Michigan commit is ranked then No. 1 third baseman in Indiana’s class of 2018. Showcased well defensively and offensively in the event while also running a 7.08 60-yard dash. Plays well as an athletic third baseman type with good footwork and moves well laterally. Has good enough arm strength to stay at third base at the next level. The right-handed hitter offers a combination of bat speed and strength at the plate. Starts his swing from a balanced stance and finishes with a two-handed follow through. Showed the ability to hit the baseball to both sides of the field and displayed opposite field power when he hit a deep home run over the 370 ft mark in right-center field.
