2/13/16: A 6-foot-2,  230 pound RHP showcased a high ¾ arm slot with a drop and drive delivery.  Delivery has some effort and a tendency to rush.  Fastball topped at 82 while sitting 78-80.  Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with gradual break.  Change-up has arm-side run and is thrown for strikes at 75-77mph.  Jared was consistently in the strike zone.

2/21/15: PITCHING- 6-foot-1, 205 pound right-hander pitches from a short, high ¾ arm delivery.  Rushed delivery with shoulders tilting uphill during the launch.  Tendency to fall off towards 1B side.  Fastball was straight with occasional run at 77-80, up to 81.  Breaking ball was a downer type pitch with late break at 66-68.  Changeup is thrown with near fastball arm speed with sink at 71-74 mph.  

 6-foot-1, 205 pounds, ran a 7.68-60 and was 79 across the field with accuracy.  Offensively, starts in a balanced setup with a  smooth load.  Stride is short.  Good balance throughout the swing.  Average bat speed, fair approach to the ball.  Swing path is uphill.  Pull-side hitter.  Recorded a high exit velo of 81 mph.  

10/18/14:  6-foot-1, 210 pound RHP pitches from a ¾ slot with good arm speed.  Long, loose arm action.  Tall to fall delivery.  Fastball was straight at 79-80 mph.  11/5 breaking ball was 64-66 with sharp, late break and thrown for a strike.  Changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed at 73-75 with some sink and thrown for a strike.   

6-foot-1, 210 pound Junior 1B showcased average hands with a strong arm across the diamond at 75 mph.   At the plate hits from a balanced setup.  Loads back and uses a long stride.  Displayed average bat speed with a long, uphill path to the ball.  When getting to extension shows some gap power.  Registered an exit velo of 81 mph.
