6/25/15: The 6-foot-1 190 pound catcher ran a 7.75 60.  Exit velocity was 83mph.  Defensively, Jimmy has quick feet and short arm action. Pop times were 2.00-2.12 and was 74 from the crouch. Showed the ability to stick pitches well.  At the plate hits from an open setup, showing an arm bar during the load.  Stride is short.  Level path to the baseball, pull-side hitter.  Has some stiffness at the plate. 


6/9/15: 
6-foot-1, 190 pound receiver possesses good hands behind the dish with solid receiving ability.  Good balance in his primary.  Shows quick feet and a good transfer on his throws to 2B.  Could get better use of his lower half on his throws.  Pop times were 2.08-2.19 and was 74 from the crouch.  At the plate loads back and uses a short stride.  Uphill path with average bat speed.  Recorded a high exit velo of 84 mph.  

6/25/14: 
6 foot-1 inch, 175 pounds, 2.09-2.19 pop time. Strong catcher with a short ¾ arm, throws were consistently on target. He has soft hands and receives well, feet are quick and he has a good ball transfer.  Aggressive hitter with a short, balanced stride. Long path to the ball. Very good catch and throw guy.

6/11/14
: 6-foot-1, 175 pound catcher possesses a projectable frame. Was 2.12-2.17 with his pop times.  From the crouch was 70 mph.  Exchange is clean, but arm action is long. Needs to improve his mobility behind the plate.  At the plate starts in a balanced setup with little to no stride.  Bat speed is average.  Pull side type hitter. 


6/13/13: 6-foot, 165 pound 2016 was 58 mph behind the plate.  Pop times were between 2.19-2.32.  Arm action is currently slow and actions still raw, but should improve as he matures.  At the plate hits from an open stance.  Wraps his bat during the load.  Overall good balance throughout the swing.
