6/25/14: 6 foot 3 inches/ 175 pounds, athletic frame. Defensively at SS shows quick, fluid feet with soft hands. Strong arm across the diamond at 80 mph with carry. From the OF uses a long ¾ arm with carry and on target (82 mph).  Average hands, fluid feet and a smooth easy ball transfer from the OF. Starts balanced at the plate with high hands and back elbow. Uses a slight leg kick for timing. Load is smooth and possesses above average bat speed.  Good use of the lower half.  Registered an exit velo of 84 mph. 

2/18/13: 6-foot-2, 165 pound sophomore shows a projectable, athletic frame and runs a 7.03 60.  In the infield he moves well and shows a clean exchange.  Possesses an above average glove and was 75 across the diamond.  From the outfield has a short arm action and throws from a high ¾ arm slot at 80 mph showing good carry.  His feet are fluid and plays through the ball well.  Showcases athletic actions.  At the plate he gets good lift on the ball producing backspin carry.  Bat speed is above average. Uses his lower half well, and has an overall advanced feel at the plate.

Farren is a 6-foot-2, 165 pound SS.  He possess an athletic, projectable body.  In the field he shows the ability to pick it, with good defensive actions.  Across the diamond he is 73 mph.  In the outfield he 75 mph.  At the plate he shows good bat speed with an uphill swing plane.  He gets to extension well showing some pop potential.
