3/31/18 Spring Scout Blog: Physical bat in the Center Grove cleanup spot, hit two no-doubt homeruns Saturday pull side with juice. Made strong contact all afternoon, gets the barrel consistently to the baseball with good barrel tilt and strong lower half. Pull side approach with above average bat speed, works to good counts, has some swing and miss at times. The 6-foot-1 senior St. Leo baseball commit plays a good first base with good glove action and footwork, good feel around the base.
6/13/17:  6-foot-1, 210 pound RHH had one of the more impressive rounds of BP at the event hitting multiple balls over the left-field wall.  Hits from a tall, slightly open setup, smooth load, leg trigger, good use of his lower half and maintains balance throughout the swing. Swing path is short with quick hands through the zone producing barrel whip.  Creates lift on the baseball with pull side power.  High exit velocity of 85 mph.

2017 Spring Scout Blog:
The 6'1, 210 pound junior first baseman was solid defensively around the base and showed some pull side pop with bat speed. Glove works well to field and pick balls out of the dirt. Good instincts. Tall, slightly open to start in the batters box. Big leg lift up to start the stride, with hands and barrel up. Upper body had tendency to dive to the baseball with weight slightly shifting forward. Looked anxious at times to hit. Barrel is strong with good bat speed when foot got down and was on time. Pulled the baseball to the left side a couple times and drove a breaking ball to right field for hits. More bat speed and strength in the swing with more separation and better balance, keeping his lower half under him throughout the swing. Good physical middle of the lineup bat and prospect.

2/19/17:
Physical 6-foot-1, 210 pounds.  Offensively, the RHH hits from a tall, athletic setup.  Small load back, leg kick timing trigger, shows good use of his lower half, maintains balance throughout the swing.  Long, uphill swing path with quick bat speed, good swing plane, produced hard contact, big power potential. Registered a high exit velocity of 87 mph.  Defensively, short arm action, throws topped out at 71 mph.  Moves well around the bag with sure hands, clean exchange.  Ran a 7.67 in the laser-timed 60 yard dash.

4/12/16 GAME NOTES:
Strong-bodied 1B from the 2018 class with good pull side power potential. Hitting from the right side, Wyman uses above average bat speed and a long level plain to drive gaps. Lower half is average and could see more explosiveness in the future.

2/22/15:
6-foot-1, 195 pounds, raw actions at 1B.  Lacks arm strength, 62 across the diamond.  Best tool is his bat.  Hits from a crouch setup, loads back.  Average use of the lower half.  Possesses some bat speed with a good approach to the ball.  Showcased some power to his pull-side.  Consistent hard contact.  Rhythm is choppy.  Recorded a high exit velo of 77 mph.
