The 6-foot, 185-pound lefty has very fluid, repeatable mechanics with his slower tempo delivery on the mound.Has a long, clean arm action that comes through a high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 78-82 mph as he showed some quickness in his arm. Curveball showed a 1/7 shape with room to develop and sat 63-66 mph.
6/25/15: The 5-foot-11 185 pound left-handed pitcher sat 77-79 with the fastball, kept it down in the zone for a strike. Breaking ball was 62-65 with gradual break from a 10/4 shape. Change-up was 79-70 with arm side sink. Delivery has some effort with good balance. Arm action is long and at a ¾ arm slot. Shows some rhythm in the delivery with uphill shoulders. Tendency to fall off towards 3B side.
