7/15/14 - 5-foot-9, 153-pound prospect showcased solid receiving and blocking skills, pop times ranged from 2.15-2.27 with a top velocity of 71 mph from the crouch.  As an infielder, shows fluid footwork and soft hands, gets rid of the ball with a quick exchange, short arm action with 70 mph arm strength across the infield.  At the plate, hits from a slightly open setup with a toe tap, line drive type hitter with good balance, ran a 7.58 60 yard dash and registered 75 mph tee exit velocity, improved every measurable from previous event.
1/19/14 - 5-foot-8, 135-pound prospect with smaller frame, shows fairly quick feet and gains ground well on throws, has a longer release, shows good receiving skills sticking pitches well, 69 mph arm strength from the crouch with pop times ranging from 2.21-2.30, pop times will improve with additional arm strength and quicker release.  At the plate, hits from a balanced setup with a toe tap trigger, level swing plane and line drive type hitter, showed good barrel awareness with a solid round that included line drives to all fields, ran 4.83 down the first base line, 71 mph tee exit velocity.  On the mound, uses short arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, fastball is straight at 70-71 mph touching 72, curveball shows some 12/6 action at 62-65 mph, lacked command of curveball, changeup was mostly straight at 63 mph, tendency to slow arm on changeup, will continue to improve on mound with additional velocity and development of secondary pitches.
