6/17/14 - 5-foot-9, 155-pound prospect uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, extremely quick arm, popped the glove at 89 mph on his first pitch and then settled in at 86-88, throws a sharp, late breaking slider at 76-78 mph and a good changeup with fastball arm action at 75-76 mph with good fade, allowed one hit and struck out 4 of the 8 hitters he faced in game action, despite size one of the top pitching prospects in Kentucky’s 2015 class.
As a position player, shows athletic outfield actions playing through the baseball well with quick feet, showed a very strong and accurate arm with 90 mph arm strength with online carry through an over the top arm slot.  At the plate, hits from a slightly open setup with a short stride, has a short and direct path to the baseball and generates good bat speed through the zone, line drive type hitter with some pop for his size, showed 85 mph tee exit velocity, showed good speed running 4.33 down the first baseline from the right side, went 2-for-5 in game play with a single to left and a double to left-center, quick twitch athlete, very interesting two-way prospect.
