Long and extremely loose, Green’s arm works with such fluidity that it’s easy to see that his 88-90 mph fastball will continue to climb in the coming years. When he needed a little more, Green flashed 92 mph once. He also threw an 84 mph cutter, 73 mph curveball and a changeup, all from a 3/4 arm slot. Green, who’s committed to Kentucky, has as much upside as any arm in the game.
