5-foot-3, 143-pound LHH showed the same aggressive plate approach as he has in the past. Has surprising pop for his size and looks to attack the baseball, starts open and squares with aggressive stride, bat stays in the zone and produces hard contact to all fields. Went 1-for-4 in game play. Defensively, has very soft hands that play well, athletic actions, quick feet that work through the baseball, short and quick release form multiple arm slots, average arm strength. Continues to improve measurables at each event.

5-foot-3, 143-pound, LHH hits from an open stance, gets square with a mid-length stride, uses an aggressive plate approach to show some power for his size, loads up on back side with good weight transfer through contact, posted best exit velocity to date. Defensively, has very soft hands that play well, athletic actions, quick feet that work through the baseball, short and quick release form multiple arm slots, average arm strength. Garcia will make a very good defensive 2B at the next level with good offensive potential from the left side.

5-foot-3, 143-pound LHH plays bigger than his size. Hits from an open stance, mid-length stride, keeps the barrel in the zone with a flat path, uses lower half well, line drive contact to all fields with an aggressive approach, 0-for-3 in game play, showed big improvement in 60 time from previous event. Showed some of the best middle infield actions of the event, soft hands, works through the ball well, quick release, average arm strength, good body control. Garcia is a high-energy player. If foot speed continues to improve could be a lead-off type hitter at the next level.

10/11/15 - 5-foot-2, 140 pound left-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance and squares up with a long stride, flat bat path, contact oriented swing, creates above average bat speed for size with quickness in hands, line drive type hitter with gap-to-gap approach, made consistent contact in game play, went 1-for-4 with a single up the middle and lined out hard to first base, 80 mph exit velocity, ran 7.85 60. Impressed with athletic actions and soft/quick hands defensively, good footwork, average arm strength with mostly accurate throws from a high-3/4 release, can attack slow roller more aggressively, high-energy type player.
