Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 84-86 mph with slight run and command. Breaking ball showed 1/7 shape with sharp action and fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph. Also flashed a changeup with fastball arm speed at 78-79 mph. Overall a solid outing for Perrin, gave up some hard contact early in game, but fastball has made a jump from the fall.

Breaking ball showed 2/8 shape with fastball arm speed and gradual break at 70-72 mph. Showed a changeup with fastball arm speed and fade action at 73-74 mph.

9/7/15 A 5-foot-10, 181-pound left-handed pitcher and outfielder with an average, strong frame. Left-handed pitcher with a simple, clean repeatable delivery with smooth rhythm, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Short, clean arm action with quick arm speed into a high-3/4 release and regular effort. Fastball sat 81-83 mph with slight sink and command. Breaking ball showed 2/8 shape, gradual break and near fastball arm speed at 70-71 mph. Flashed solid straight changeup with near fastball arm speed at 74-76 mph. Solid defender with fluid footwork, clean exchange, playing through balls well. Short arm action into high-3/4 release with accuracy and carry on throws that produced a positional velocity of 82 mph. Left-handed hitter that hits from a balanced setup, smooth load, leg kick, explosive lower half, and solid balance. Gap to gap type hitter with fluid rhythm, creates quality extension and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 85 mph.

5-25-15 A 5-foot-10, 170-pound left-handed pitcher with a small, athletic frame. Simple, clean repeatable delivery with smooth rhythm, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Short, clean arm action with quick arm speed into a high-3/4 release and regular effort. Fastball sat 80-82 mph touching 83 with slight arm side run. Breaking ball had 1/7 shape with sharp, late break and solid depth at 69-71 mph. Changeup proved to be his best pitch with fastball arm speed, deception and late, hard sink action at 74-76 mph. Threw all three pitches for strikes and worked at an outstanding tempo.

Fastball sat 80-82 mph touching 83 with some arm side run. Flashed a feel for a quality breaking ball with 1/7 shape, deception and depth. Also added a plus feel for a changeup with arm speed, deception and late life. A quality defensive outfielder with quality arm strength. Left-handed hitter with simple, compact swing that finds the barrel and hits to all fields.
